SUBJECT: Drug Arrest

Date: August 13, 2003

On August 12^th at 04:14 am, Officer John Mason with the Post Falls Police Department contacted a suspicious male loitering outside the Sleep-Inn located at 157 South Pleasant View in Post Falls.  Inconsistencies in the suspect’s responses to Officer Mason led to a consented search of a room at the Sleep-Inn.  The search resulted in the seizure of over $59,000 dollars in cash and over a Kilo of methamphetamine with a street value of over $20,000 dollars.  Also seized during the search was a loaded Glock 40 cal pistol.  Three females and 1 male were taken into custody. 

The Post Falls Police Department and the Kootenai County Drug Task Force are withholding the names of the Suspects at this time pending on going investigation.
